This PR improves the wrapper helper (in the wrapperhelper folder):

Better documentation (typos)
Parsing bug fix (trying to use the old version with sdl2_video.h ended in a segmentation fault)
Output bug fix (} with no corresponding {, use the wrapper generator)
Better output formatting
Reduced the amount of warnings (-Wall -Wextra only has 2 warnings that are caused by clang headers)
Nearly no more code in header files

Note that (from what I could tell from the two tests I made) the generated C file remains nearly unusable, but it should have less issues now.
