Thank you!
@gvanrossum and Carol, I paraphrased a lot of your words for the notes. Would you mind grepping for your name to check I got the gist right? |

Fixed some typos and Carolified some willingc.
How much rephrasing and additions are we allowed to do here? I think I could reorganize my thoughts in a more structured way and possibly add more details, but it seems the meeting minutes are supposed to match what was said a bit more closely.
Is there any other place that would be more appropriate to summarize/capture some of the things that have been discussed in various Discord/Discuss threads and meetings?

- If we have time, would like to hear from Daniele on the [thread he started on the structure of the Python docs](https://discuss.python.org/t/diataxis-and-python-documentation/41836) as to the takeways from that so far and next steps there.

Should we add more context here @ezio-melotti @evildmp?

We could add the summary of the Discord thread where the discussion started.

The things attributed to me sound like what I recall saying, so no objection from me!

discuss.python.org is the best place. Any significant change should be discussed there, rather than only on Docs Discord or meetings. |

- [Petr] The `tkinter`, `pty`/`termios`, `sqlite3` (maybe more?) use `master/slave` terminology in API and docs. What's the best way to come up with, and switch to, better terms? Is there an expert I should talk to?
- [Carol] Thursday Bram has authored a Responsible Communications book which may have helpful guidelines. Other communities have used `leader/follower`. [Linux PR on the subject](https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?id=49decddd39e5f6132ccd7d9fdc3d7c470b0061bb)
- [Hugo] Some suggestions: https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-knodel-terminology-14.html#name-master-slave (Carol: I like the suggestions in this document for different usages.) |

Aren't links automatically clickable in MD?
See e.g. https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-knodel-terminology-14.html#name-master-slave, with no special markup.

I rephrased some of my comments, and expanded in the comments on my reasoning.
