Go to phpMyAdmin -> Click New -> Put usCitizenTest in Database name -> Click Create
Then click on usCitizenTest -> Click on Import -> Choose File -> Select db_usCitizenTest.sql from git folder
In generate.php, change your port (vergil port number) and your password (mySQL password)
