Add markdown linting settings and github actions to validate the linting.
This complements the actual linting from
lint.shthat only validates the references and is no substitution for that one.Also I have been fixing all initial linting issues found and checked manually.
Please feel free to suggest any change on the linting configuration and so I can change the configuration in this PR.
