@jsierles If I remember correctly from the last conversation, we were trying to reduce image size (with yarn 3). I've had some success to reduce the image size. Let me know if that is blocking this PR, if okay with you I'd love to take a stab at it. Maybe PR to this PR itself? |

If we want to run this deploy in Github Actions, a
FLY_API_TOKENsecret must be set for a user belonging to the Fly.iofly-redwoodjsorganization. Then we can add an action to this PR to run the deployment.
