Gradle plugins section is not updated by renovatebot

Renovatebot version: 35.23.4

Gradle plugins section is not updated by renovatebot.

File build.gradle.kts

plugins {
	id("org.springframework.boot") version "3.0.5"
	id("io.spring.dependency-management") version "1.1.0"
	kotlin("jvm") version "1.7.22"
	kotlin("plugin.spring") version "1.7.22"
}

For example kotlin("jvm") version 1.7.22 should be updated to 1.8.20.

dependencies section is being updated in the same file without any problems.

I was pretty sure that this is already fixed #3534 so I updated to newest version possible but somehow it does not work for me.

@Churro I am trying to reproduce this issue online.

I have created super basic repo.

And the pull request from renovatebot only updates dependencies section

Thanks, that helped. The plugin patterns in your basic reproduction repo are different from the ones you posted here. PR #21362 addresses this and when merged, plugins should be detected like this: renovate-demo/21337-reproduction#1

Sorry for that, I was pretty sure the first option was not working. I thought that generally plugins section is not being updated.
Unfortunately, it is hard to detect such cases when you deal with multiple repos with different patterns everywhere.
