added functionality for tsplot

Would be great to have

• filter(s) underlaid to the wind direction plot

• an option to add plots of T/rh and dd/ff of the crest station at the top of the current tsplot (analogous to the way the valley station is currently plotted plus an underlay of the wind filter (if specified). Helps with the analysis of foehn locations that are difficult to classify.

Reto, I see that you have implemented the old style as default (so you may just disregard that part of my previous e-mail) and made the other one "advanced". Options to highlight wind sector: great! I would give the crest wind a separate (optional) panel, which is probably the worst case scenario to implement.
