This is derived from the Elasticsearch watcher. It simple fetches the
metrics from the Mesos /metrics/snapshot
end-point and pushes them to the specified riemann instance.

Agreed. Changed and pushed again.

Use conventional state "ok" in place of "green"
Avoid event to expire before we actually check again
