When adding a new clip via the "add new topic" link, either on the message composition page or the message edit page, you must then manually select the message subject before editing it.

Description of feature

It's very likely that editing the subject field is the very next action a person wants to take after creating a new clip. Giving keyboard focus to that element will reduce a slight bit of friction for most users, but will be a big help to people who are using the keyboard to navigate.
