Describe the bug

When a user visits a message using a mobile device that has a preference set for dark mode, the navigation text color is the same as the page background, rendering the text invisible. It's present on the page, but the user can't see it.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Using a mobile browser that has dark mode turned on, visit this page
  2. Expand the "what's in this message" section
  3. See that the navigation options are not visible

Expected behavior

The navigation options should be visible and accessible

Additional context

Interestingly, this behavior does not seem to appear on a desktop browser in dark mode.
