Message player navigation isn't expandable unless the message is playing on mobile

Describe the bug

On Chrome / Android, message navigation list cannot be expanded unless the message is actively playing

Steps To Reproduce

1. Using a mobile browser that has dark mode turned on, visit this page
2. Attempt to expand the "what's in this message" section
3. See that the navigation do not expand
4. Start playing the video, then attempt to expand the "what's in this message" section again
5. Observe that the list does expand

Expected behavior

The message navigation should be expandable when tapping on the "What's in this message" label

This feels like there's a css rule pointer-events: none that's getting applied over-zealously somewhere.
