Select the desired camera / microphone when recording a clip

What's the problem you're hoping this new feature will solve?

When recording a clip, a person may want to use a different input device (camera or microphone) than the browser default or what is stored in the settings.

Description of feature

Before starting the camera, the person recording a clip should be able to choose their preferred camera and microphone.

Alternatives and workarounds

This can already be done in the settings area, which will set the default camera / microphone for any clips the person records on the current browser. It's fairly buried, though, and is a pain to get to if a person's recording needs change on a clip-by-clip basis. This may be the case when using a virtual camera for screen sharing.
