Screen recording uploads fail on Chrome #85

Describe the bug

When recording a screen capture on Chrome, the upload fails. The exception message on the server states that the 'encoded file is invalid'

This has been reported twice on Chrome 92 on Mac

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to a clip page using Chrome
  2. Record a screen recording clip
  3. Attempt to upload
  4. See error

Expected behavior

The upload should complete successfully and the clip should be generated properly
