AMC_BLDC: Add Application06 to work with wrist setup.

What's changed in this PR:

• Added Application06 folder that contains the changes to work properly with the wrist setup.

Note

• Some changes have been applied to the generated code, so be careful to update the mbd properly before updating these sources with the next generation of the code.
• In decoder.cpp it contains some debug prints to inspect the payload for the messages received with ID.Typ 0xF (EMSTO2FOC_DESIRED_CURRENT). These prints can be safely removed with the next generation of the code from mbd.
