This PR adds to the
stm32hallibrary for the boardamcthe low level initialization of the most recentcubemxfile which was used for the HW tests of the board. See this recent PR.The imported
cubemxproject and the derivedstm32hallibrary were tested on theamcboard.We are now ready to add more HW device drivers to
embot::hw, maybe starting fromEEPROMsupport.The
EEPROMwill contain the board information and is the first brick for the porting on theamcof the bootstrap structure running on theemswhich is formed by:eLoader,eUpdater,eApplication. The other bricks are theIPALand theCANdriver.
