After the last update (v2.0.1), there is no option to set the location using coordinates, only with QTH.
An Altitude field is not listed either.
It's very useful when your GS is operated in remote.

Hey @jmlgo! I'm going to implement the "Multiple Ground Stations" feature and as soon as I'm done I'll bring this option back.
