…iteRangeSlice` Fixes rubocop#365. This PR fixes false positives for `Performance/ArraySemiInfiniteRangeSlice` when using `[]` with string literals. What this can do is accept string literals, as they are already marked as unsafe.

This PR fixes false positives for
Performance/ArraySemiInfiniteRangeSlicewhen using[]with string literals.What this can do is accept string literals, as they are already marked as unsafe.
