alloc: implement FromIterator for Box<str>

Box<[T]> implements FromIterator<T> using Vec<T> + into_boxed_slice().
Add analogous FromIterator implementations for Box<str>
matching the current implementations for String.
Remove the Global allocator requirement for FromIterator<Box<str>> too.
