Ligand-Information-tool

Obtaining information about the ligand, including its name, formula, and weights, by using the CCD ID of the assistance chemical component.

How to use

  • I've included twenty ligand samples in the code that you can modify on your own.
  • Changes to the chem_comp alteration can alter the necessary additional information.
  • Execute Python req.py to obtain the .txt file.
