Executable flag is not set when using jDeb packaging #322

When using jDeb packaging I got /usr/share/app_name/bin/app_name not executable.
sbt-native-packager version: 0.7.4
host: Gentoo
target: Ubuntu precise (12.04.4 LTS)

@kardapoltsev you can try fixing this :) The jdeb code is relatively
straight forward: https://github.com/sbt/sbt-native-packager/blob/master/src/main/scala/com/typesafe/sbt/packager/debian/JDebPackaging.scala
