The only real substantial change since 0.11.2 is the removal of the `hpc-coveralls` dependency entirely (#222). This dependency was previously optional (by being hidden behind a Cabal flag), but it turns out that Nix has trouble handling this (#224), so I'm making a new release now to make things smoother Nix-wise.
