For compilation saprfc.dll under Windows for PHP 5 following modification 
PHP source is needed:

In the file Zend\zend_config.w32.h comment following lines:

  #include <winsock2.h>
  #include <windows.h>

In the file win32\time.h add line:

  #include "winsock2.h"
