To use just download the HTML file and open it in notepad. Then replace '{YourIGNHere}' with your ROTMG IGN and in obs add a browser source. In the properties of your new browser source set its width to 700 and height to 120, check the "localfile" check box and set the path to the HTML file you downloaded and modified. Then your done, it should work.
