install docker first

go to this directory if need to work with file put it into ./notebooks folders

run follow command:

docker run -d -p 8888:8888 -v $(pwd)/notebooks:/opt playniuniu/jupyter-pandas

run in browser follow line

http://0.0.0.0:8888/lab?
