Bug fix : Fix SSLCertVerificationError
Changes:
- Remove the get_aliases,get_latest_version,get_language_info,languages,endpoints and base_url method.
- Add runtimes method to get runtimes and get_runtimes method to get runtimes supported for a language.
- Add languages method to get all supported languages.
