feat: jetson nano SoC

Support Jetson Nano SoC

chore: bump kernel
chore: bump linux-firmware

Uses Nvidia's port of u-boot for USB boot support and patching in code
from upstream u-boot to support loading DTB's from boot disk. Using
Nvidia's u-boot port hangs the talos kernel for some reason without
relying on code from upstream u-boot to load DTB's by setting `FDTFILE`
