Work in progress effort to replace usage of Alpine elements in bootstrap toolchain with stagex (https://codeberg.org/stagex/stagex/, our fork with multiplatform and CI) fully source-bootstrapped distribution packages. For now it only works for amd64 (with verified and signed builds from stagex community), while I'm working on making a multiplatform image in our CI.
Also stop installing under /toolchain prefix to avoid unnecessary patches and parameters.
