This PR removes a section of the Snowflake Cost per Query Template Setup quickstart that gives users the option to use a dbt package from select.dev to create their query_history enriched table.
Snowflake recently launched their query_attribution_history table, which attributes compute credits to each query (same as Select.dev's dbt package) so we've updated the template to use that.
