This is a command-line tool to check departure time for cumtd buses for people
who do not want to check the information on there cell phones.
To use it, type make, which will build the program.
There are two use cases.
First, if you know the id of the stop, then enter the stop id
for the first argument and N for the second. N stands for do not search.
Second, if you do not know the id, then enter part of the name
of the stop in order to search for potential bus stops. Afterwards,
enter the corresponding stop id.
