Pulling the data from multiple OU

Hi all, is the any way I can sync the ldap to those OUs? For importing users I think not an issue because I just manually run one by one, but in order for user to login, I need the ldap to continuously sync to the mentioned OUs. I try to use

" OU=XXX,OU=XXX,DC=XX,DC=XXX,DC=XX , OU=XXX,OU=XXX,DC=XX,DC=XXX,DC=XX "

but failed. You guys have any idea on how to rectify this?
