PR Summary

• Update of Docker Metadata Action in Alpine Workflow
  The software component, docker/metadata-action, used in our Docker operations with respect to our smaller-scaled, quicker-to-deploy Alpine version on our project build pipeline was upgraded from version 4 to version 5. This means that we can enjoy enhanced performance and new features that come with this updated version.

• Update of Docker Metadata Action in General Docker Workflow
  Similarly, our core Docker workflow also received an upgrade to the Docker Metadata Action, moving from version 4 to version 5. This will pave the way for improved Docker-related functionalities and smoother operations.
