PR spf13#1139 introduced a complexity that will have to be taken into account as we figure out our release pipeline. This fix pins to cobrav1.0.0 as a temporary workaround.

This PR add a secondary
go.modspecifically for the CLI tool which has the effect of removing its dependencies from the maingo.modfile imported in projects.This simple change reduced the number of dependencies of https://github.com/MichaelMure/git-bug from 313 to 148.
