This upgrades the
mssqldependency to its latest released version from the much older 3.x line, which brought about a number of operational changes with how the driver worked, though nothing so significant that the query result could not be recast into the same expected results as the 3.x line.This also includes an upgrade of the
bltransitive dependency fixing its reported security vulnerability.
