Upload Python Wheels to PyPi

Hi, I was wondering if the python wheels could be uploaded to PyPi? Will make installation much easier if people are interested only in using the python bindings, by calling pip install pypangolin. I can help with this too.

I don't think an official "pyPanglon" wheel file will end up on PyPI, unless @stevenlovegrove regularly uploads releases there. This could be done automatically from CI, but would still need API keys etc.

Would it help, if the wheel files that are generated on the CI are uploaded as release artifacts to the GitHub releases instead?
