Another update for Android Remote v6, finished basic miniapp support

miniapps are working using UM_ANDROID_TV and the usual app launch URLS, tested on chromcast, shield tv, and onn 4k pro.

Something wrong with passthrough, setting to off doesn't reliably switch back to main driver
