Widget reopen after some time

@walterbender Widget window reopen after some time when its block is send to trash .
I have referred to this in #2155.
@Ishakikani9117 has also reported the issue.

Try opening a widget and open its window . Now move the widget block to trash . The widget window will be gone. Wait for two three seconds you will see widget window coming again on the screen on its own.

@b18050 For me it seems to happen only for some widgets. Like I tried phrase maker, rhythm maker and pitch staircase. It only happened for pitch staircase.
Also for phrase maker the window didn't get close automatically in the first place.

It seems to depend on whether I'm dragging the block to trash or using the pie menu.
