User should be able to change its avatar #826

We cannot identify a user just by looking at its avatar. Tinygraphs are great but for placeholders.

Improve profile view by adding UI to upload a picture (need to add a bucket to Google Cloud Platform)
Add new property to User entity to store avatar's URL
Handle new property in the app (if NULL we display the Tinygraph)
