Unlike #2125, this only moves the “
__proto__Property Names in Object Initializers” out of Annex B.This also preserves the existing behaviour of JSON text, ObjectAssignmentPattern, CoverParenthesizedExpressionAndArrowParameterList and CoverCallExpressionAndAsyncArrowHead.
