@TomJo2000 is this package worthy of adding in the repo?

Literally no clue, this is the first time it's ever been brought up in this repo,
and you didn't include any information about the package with your PR.

Its is a fast and secure standalone server for resizing and converting remote images

That sounds like it duplicates the functionality of at least imagemagick.
Maybe it would be helpful to get feedback on if a package would be a good fit for inclusion in the main repository before you spend the time to write a build script for it.
Or at least before you open a PR about it.

If you just want the package for personal use you can build it in the package build container and grab a DEB from either your local docker container or enable github actions on your personal fork and grab the DEB from the CI artifacts.

@TomJo2000 its not related to imagemagick. It use libvips, its a standalone server which resizes l/convert images not via cli or gui app but via Internet and api, its mostly used in backend of websites and services for image processing

If its useless package, please ignore this package, and don't merge

@aicynide Instead of sending pulls that may not be merged, which also waste your own time and of our maintainers and creates clutter, for any future packages, please open an issue first with the package request template filled out and if its approved to be compliant with our packaging policy, then you can send a pull for it. Moreover, if you want to be helpful, you may also want to look at existing package requests that have been approved but no one has worked on them. Thanks

Check https://github.com/termux/termux-packages/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md#requesting-new-package and https://github.com/termux/termux-packages/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md#packaging-policy for more info.
