• when an unknown node is found, the exception will now dump a json representation to help troubleshooting
• upgraded the wildfly cli dependency
• dropped maven and its xml-hell ... use gradle to build

Known issue: there seems to be a problem with the "singleton" subsystem throwing a

WFLYCTL0446: jacc-policy or alternative(s) [custom-policy] is required
