Yeti alerts too light in light mode

• Alert backgrounds and text too light in light mode
• Alert close buttions not very visible in dark mode
• Tabs simultaneously too dark and too bright in dark mode
• The light navbar using light mode in dark mode feels like cheating? (Can't have the benefits of dark mode)
• Disabled pagination button << text not visible in light mode
• Disabled list group item too bright in dark mode
• .text-dark is invisible in dark mode
• btn-outline-secondary text too dark in dark mode
• Progress bars too bright in dark mode

Thanks for the changes! Grabbed the updated css and knocked off the items I found were fixed. Also reordered the remaining items by importance.
