The main advantage of boost::container::string is in C++03 they have move semantics, but std::string now has that in C++11
R CMD check strangely warns about the .hpp extension

BH has a lot of files, which means it takes a long time to install on services like rstudio.cloud. It also takes a lot of memory to compile the boost headers, which makes the installation of readr problematic on systems with limited memory.
