• Stream backup ( Pipe to stdin to backup data such as SQL dumps ) , do not use compressed data , ever , it will make buzhash useless

Fixes:

• Fix an edge case in chunking code where 2 chunks at once or more had to be emitted, theoretically writes were so small that would have been never triggered
• Fixed PXAR encoding, Last goodbye item had wrong/absolute offset , disrupting deduplication/buzhash
