Italicized character actions as asked for in issue Change Day 2 Actions to Italics #99.
Added double quotes around character dialogue. Including in choices, if the MC is saying it.
Replaced C++, JavaScript, and Python's name with "???" until character has actually said their name in the breakout room.
At the end of day 2, when the MC goes back to the hotel room, changes the scene to the hotel room that opens up w0_d3.
