Using the Schema Browser

The Solr collection schema browser gives you a way of examining the schema fields in a single Solr shard. This can be useful to understand the values recorded for fields, and can be used to identify a field's popular term values so that queries can be performed on smaller datasets.

Below is an image of the schema browser showing the definitions in the schema for the 'links_hosts' field. By selecting the 'Load Term Info' button, a breakdown of the recorded values can be seen.
