Add OGC webservices info on views' metadata

It would be very useful for users to know how to display a view based on OGC services (i.e. WMS, WFS, WCS links or information to create them). Each view could offer this information in its metadata (consultable using the "i" button).

For vector views, as they are based exclusively on the MapX GeoServe, we just need to decide how to present the information.
For raster views, the variability of information that can be used in the tiles endpoint URL field, makes it less linera. A solution might be to expose the URL as it is in the views' configuration.
