Can't yarn run setup on Apple M1

Greetings!

I'm following the setup instructions and tried running yarn run setup. This is the output I'm getting on my local machine (MacBook Air M1 2020, macOS 11.6 Big Sur):

It looks like this is related to the chromedriver npm package. I'll do a little more digging and follow up here if I get anywhere with it 😄

It may be related to this issue over at the chromedriver repo. In any case, I noticed the version of chromedriver in package.json was out of date, so I upgraded it to the latest version and it installed OK! I'll submit a PR for this.
