DRAFT PR DO NOT MERGE

Motivation

  • We need to have good data for testing
  • our current rosbags are unreliable and don't have data
  • we also prefer video data for python and light testing

Changes

  • updated launch
  • updated scripts
  • added reliable rosbag to video script
