Valid phone number from Panama

Hello, your validator works correctly, but I have the problem with Panama code when I`m pressing, for example, phone number - '+50711111111' I got false, but this phone number is correct. Can you help me with this problem?

validator.isMobilePhone( '+50711111111' , 'any');

Can you check to see if the locale is defined in https://github.com/chriso/validator.js/blob/master/src/lib/isMobilePhone.js ?
