Remove TPCH 0.01 and 0.1 because they are noisy #133

They both frequently have outliers. They should be runable without as many outliers, but given that they do + they contribute to false positives, let's disable them for now and only use the larger scale factors to test these (which are more realistic use cases anyway)

+1 here. It might be interesting to make sure we are keeping the overhead low. However, that can more easily be done with a microbenchmark. I don't think we lose anything with the removal of these.
